Position Title: Python Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven Python Developer to join a leading tech-driven organization in Dubai. You’ll be building powerful web applications and APIs using modern Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, while collaborating with DevOps, product teams, and front-end developers to ship scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Python applications and microservices

• Design and build RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps engineers

• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and testable code

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in new and existing systems

• Optimize backend performance and database queries

• Build task schedulers, data pipelines, and web scrapers when needed

• Participate in agile sprints, design sessions, and peer code reviews

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in Python development

• Strong command of Python 3.x and solid understanding of OOP principles

• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• Familiar with Git-based workflows and agile methodologies

• Bonus: experience with task queues (Celery), Docker, or data processing scripts
