Position Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting site evaluations, presenting solar proposals, and closing deals that align with the company’s mission of promoting sustainable energy across Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.

• Conduct site assessments to evaluate client energy needs and feasibility for PV system installation.

• Create customized solar proposals including system design, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Deliver technical presentations to clients, simplifying complex PV concepts.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining detailed activity and performance records.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in technical or B2B sales, preferably within the solar or PV industry.

• Strong understanding of PV technology and the renewable energy landscape in Jordan.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across Jordan.
