Alliance Trading and Services FZCO, a subsidiary of Emiral Resources, is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement and logistics operations for mining projects across international markets. Based in Dubai, this role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain performance supporting large-scale resource operations in Africa.

Role Overview

The Purchasing Manager will lead the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition and delivery of materials and equipment while optimizing costs, maintaining compliance, and strengthening supplier partnerships. This position reports directly to the Head of Procurement and supports operational excellence across the mining value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for mining and industrial projects.

• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery of cargo.

• Organize tenders and RFQs in accordance with corporate procurement policies and governance standards.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and service providers.

• Oversee procurement documentation and workflow within the 1C ERP system.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and risk mitigation.

• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and delivery timelines.

• Provide procurement reports, analytics, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of procurement or logistics experience, preferably within mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors.

• Strong expertise in sourcing, contract management, and international logistics.

• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency with ERP systems; experience using 1C ERP is highly preferred.

• Advanced skills in MS Office and business process tools.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
