Tova Spares is currently seeking an experienced Purchaser – Spare Parts for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of the company’s supply chain and involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing spare parts, as well as managing inventory and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the automotive or manufacturing sectors, along with strong procurement and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase spare parts from reliable suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors

• Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet operational needs

• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery

• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Manage procurement budgets and control purchasing costs

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill part requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in spare parts purchasing

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Familiarity with vehicle parts and supplier networks

• Good understanding of budgeting and cost control processes

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
