The Purchaser (Car Buyer) role is responsible for pricing vehicles, generating new listings, and ensuring inventory growth while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Price a wide range of vehicles within Dubizzle Pro boundaries.
• Negotiate with customers to maximize sales margins.
• Purchase cars for retail within given criteria.
• Ensure competitive pricing for managed service vehicles.
• Maintain healthy stock levels with an average of 30 days in stock.
• Achieve monthly targets and margins across Retail, Managed, and Auction categories.
• Conduct outbound consultations to generate new branch sign-ups.
• Adjust vehicle pricing based on mileage, color, warranty, specifications, and condition.
• Efficiently enter customer and car credentials into Salesforce CRM.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for future business opportunities.
• Oversee the representation process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Skills Required:

• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience.
• Previous experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the used car market.
• Expertise in GCC vehicle makes, models, and specifications.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Team player mindset.
