Position Title: Procurement Officer – Events & Installations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Location: United Arab Emirates (Applicants must be UAE-based)

About the Role:
Excelsior is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage purchasing operations for event-related materials, builds, and installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor sourcing, cost negotiation, and procurement documentation within the events or exhibition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors specific to event needs.

• Maintain a well-organized vendor database and oversee supplier registration and compliance processes.

• Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

• Collaborate with event planning and finance teams to monitor budgets, control spending, and recommend cost-saving solutions.

• Ensure all procured items meet required specifications, quality standards, and internal procurement policies.

• Develop and maintain productive vendor relationships for long-term collaboration.

• Keep comprehensive records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and communications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing for events, exhibitions, builds, or installations.

• Strong vendor network and excellent negotiation skills.

• Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple procurement tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
