About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase Coordinator to support our purchasing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior buyers, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Senior Buyers by preparing RFQs, processing purchase orders (POs), and coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor procurement requests (PRs), track PO status, and generate detailed reports on procurement metrics, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

Oversee vendor master data, including onboarding through KYS forms and periodic updates to the supplier database.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations and support regular audits.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

Develop strong supplier relationships and resolve delivery delays or quality-related issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate documentation of procurement transactions, including contracts, POs, and delivery records.

Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
