Position: Procurement & Purchase Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Purchase Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support daily procurement operations, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing across projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor quotes, and procurement documentation.

Track deliveries and maintain accurate purchase records and databases.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering.

Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and resolve discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal departments to manage purchase requisitions and approvals.

Maintain vendor records and assist in supplier evaluation and selection.

Generate procurement reports to support budgeting and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

Assist in managing supplier contracts and follow up on contract terms.

Support ERP data entry and procurement file organization.
Candidate Requirements:

1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

ERP system experience required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
-
Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.
