Key Responsibilities:

• Publisher Relationship Management: Oversee day-to-day relationships with publishers, ensuring alignment, performance, and long-term growth.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard new high-quality publishers and traffic sources to support campaign goals.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize publisher performance, including key metrics like traffic quality, conversions, and ROI.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that publisher activities comply with platform guidelines and brand requirements, maintaining campaign integrity.

• Collaboration Across Teams: Work with affiliate managers, media buyers, and campaign strategists to ensure that publishers meet campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in affiliate marketing, media buying, or partner management.

• Location: Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.

• Work Authorization: Valid work authorization to work in the UAE.

• Skills: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a passion for digital performance marketing and strategic partnership growth.
