This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in editorial design who thrives under pressure and is passionate about producing visually striking publications across both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design layouts for print and digital formats including magazines, brochures, reports, and e-books.

• Work closely with editors, writers, and marketing teams to ensure visual alignment with content objectives.

• Select, edit, and integrate images, illustrations, and typography to maximize visual impact and readability.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and uphold high visual standards.

• Prepare final files for both print and digital release, ensuring technical accuracy.

• Keep abreast of evolving design trends, publishing technologies, and tools.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in publication or editorial design.

• Design Proficiency:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout composition

  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives

• Additional Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Familiarity with both print and digital publication workflows

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed

• Preferred:

  • Experience using AI-enhanced design tools such as Adobe Sensei or Canva Magic Studio
