MongoDB is hiring a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the UAE. The role involves strategic prospecting, relationship building with CTOs & IT leaders, and collaborating with solution architects to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Public Sector sales, a strong track record of exceeding quotas, and expertise in enterprise technology sales.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Business Development

Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.

Build strong relationships with CTOs, IT leaders, and technical end-users.

Partner with solution architects and professional services teams for customer satisfaction.

Work closely with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel sales teams.

Participate in advanced sales training programs like MEDDIC & Command of the Message.
✅ Client & Market Focus

Focus on Public Sector accounts in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.

Articulate the business value of complex enterprise technologies.

Build strong business champions and long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
🎓 Experience & Industry Knowledge:

7+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise sales.

Proven ability to open new accounts and manage complex sales cycles.

Fluent in Arabic & English (Native Arabic preferred).

Based in Dubai, UAE.
📊 Sales & Technical Skills:

Strong experience in Public Sector sales & enterprise technology.

Knowledge of databases, DevOps, and open-source technologies is a plus.

Previous training in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is preferred.
