PVH – PVHardware, a global leader in solar tracking solutions, is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and oversee all government-related procedures and ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves coordinating with UAE government offices, maintaining documentation, and providing timely services for government tasks such as immigration, labor ministry, consulates, and business licenses. The PRO will assist the business and employees with various government services while staying updated on any rule changes.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the company and government organizations/authorities.

• Handle all government-related tasks, including immigration, Ministry of Labor, consulates, and business licenses.

• Provide efficient services while adhering to the frequent amendments in rules and regulations.

• Assist employees and their families with government services.

• Respond to the needs of the business, ensuring compliance with government processes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of UAE government processing procedures.

• Proficiency in Arabic (C1) and English (C1).

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with government offices and internal teams.

• Attention to detail in maintaining documentation and compliance.

• Ability to handle sensitive information and government-related tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, handling government procedures.

• Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English (C1 level).
