A leading company in the hospitality sector (name confidential) is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with a strong background in restaurant and hospitality regulations, particularly in licensing for venues that serve alcohol. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government authorities.

• Manage applications and renewals for business licenses (alcohol, tourism, commercial, etc.).

• Represent the company in dealings with various departments: DED, DTCM, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, and others.

• Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements related to the hospitality industry.

• Process employment visas, labor permits, and Emirates ID applications for employees.

• Stay informed on any changes in laws affecting the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience as a PRO within the hospitality or F&B industry.

• Thorough understanding of UAE legal and licensing frameworks.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive documentation.
