A well-established company in the hospitality and restaurant industry is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and ensure regulatory compliance in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with proven experience in F&B licensing, particularly for venues serving alcohol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with UAE government departments (DED, DTCM, Municipality, Police, etc.) to ensure business compliance.

• Manage the issuance and renewal of business-related licenses including alcohol, tourism, and commercial permits.

• Represent the company in legal and regulatory matters.

• Stay up to date with laws, regulations, and changes relevant to hospitality operations.

• Process employment visas, labor permits, and Emirates ID applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the hospitality or F&B sector, with specific knowledge of alcohol licensing.

• Strong understanding of UAE governmental procedures and requirements.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and effective time management.
