We are looking for an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and oversee all government-related activities, visa formalities, and compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dealing with UAE government entities and both mainland and free zone processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers (Mainland & Free Zone)

• Liaise with MOHRE to ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws

• Handle tasks related to GDRFA and ICP, including Emirates ID and residency permits

• Oversee company licensing and renewal documentation with relevant authorities

• Maintain up-to-date compliance with NAFIS requirements and reporting

• Process GPSSA registrations and employee-related formalities

• Support internal HR and operations teams with onboarding and offboarding from a government relations perspective

• Ensure all legal documents, employee records, and company files are accurate and up to date

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar PRO role

• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE procedures, and visa regulations

• Practical experience with both Mainland and Free Zone visa processes

• In-depth knowledge of GDRFA, ICP, GPSSA, and NAFIS formalities

• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred

• Valid UAE driving license (an advantage)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
