This position is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, visa processing, and labor documentation. The PRO will serve as a vital liaison between the company and government authorities, ensuring timely and compliant handling of all employee-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government departments and authorities on behalf of the company
• Submit, follow up, and process new work and business visas
• Renew and update employee visas and work contracts in a timely manner
• Respond to general inquiries related to PRO functions and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Valid UAE driving license and PRO card
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Male candidates, 40 years old and below (as per job post criteria)
