MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. We are specifically looking to hire UAE Nationals (Emiratis) for this role. As a key member of our administrative and compliance team, you will act as the bridge between the company and various UAE government departments, ensuring smooth and lawful operations across all legal and regulatory touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with UAE government authorities including Immigration, MOHRE, DED, and other relevant bodies.

• Manage all aspects of visa processes: application, renewal, cancellation, and employee work permit issuance.

• Oversee timely renewal and compliance of trade licenses, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and other regulatory documents.

• Maintain organized records of all government submissions, communications, and compliance files.

• Ensure full legal compliance by staying current with UAE labor laws and immigration procedures.

• Utilize online and offline portals such as GDRFA, MOHRE, Tasheel, ICA, and Amer for documentation and submissions.

• Assist with corporate registrations, amendments, and related legal formalities.

• Address and resolve any issues arising from inspections, fines, or legal compliance matters.

• Provide internal updates on regulatory changes affecting business operations.

• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with all necessary government stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Nationality: UAE Nationals (Emiratis) only.

• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a similar PRO role in the UAE.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a relevant field (preferred).

• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

• Language Proficiency:

  • Arabic (Mandatory: reading, writing, and speaking)

  • English (Mandatory: fluent)

  • Hindi (Preferred)

Key Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government policies

• Familiarity with relevant government systems (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Tasheel, Amer)

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Professional handling of confidential information

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
