GE Vernova is seeking an experienced PT MEA Commercial Operations Leader to drive commercial operations, contract negotiations, and compliance processes across the PT MEA region. This remote, full-time role focuses on sales effectiveness, operational alignment, and leadership of regional commercial teams while ensuring adherence to internal policies and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial operations, contract negotiations, and closure for PT MEA region.

Implement and optimize resource allocation, quota planning, and commercial operations strategies.

Drive deal desk reviews and ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) policies.

Build and scale commercial capabilities through training, process standardization, and digital tools.
-
Partner with global and regional sales, finance, legal, tax, and insurance teams to drive best practices.

Manage and mentor a regional team of commercial professionals.

Influence stakeholders to adopt policies, commercial best practices, and change initiatives.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements / Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, or related roles.

Experience in multinational corporate settings, preferably in Power, Energy, or Industrial Automation sectors.

Proven ability in managing sales operations, commercial processes, and operational improvements.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, or related).

Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, sales incentive programs, or digital transformation initiatives.

Cultural agility and experience working across geographies and time zones.
