ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring a licensed Psychomotor Therapist for one of its healthcare clients in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a compassionate and experienced therapist committed to enhancing patients’ motor and cognitive skills. The ideal candidate will assess physical, emotional, and developmental conditions, and deliver personalized therapy to improve quality of life and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical, cognitive, and emotional status, including motor skills and sensory integration. -
Treatment Planning & Implementation:
Design and execute individualized therapy plans to improve coordination, motor function, and sensory processing. -
Therapeutic Interventions:
Utilize exercises, sensory therapy, play-based methods, and adaptive tools to promote recovery and function. -
Progress Monitoring:
Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans based on outcomes and interdisciplinary input. -
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams:
Work in tandem with doctors, therapists, and psychologists to ensure consistent and coordinated care. -
Patient & Family Education:
Train patients and families in exercises, equipment use, and strategies to support ongoing therapy at home. -
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress reports according to healthcare regulations. -
Professional Development:
Stay current with evolving therapy techniques and clinical practices via continuous education and professional workshops.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Psychomotor Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

Valid license to practice as a Psychomotor Therapist in the UAE (or eligibility for licensing).

5–7 years of experience in clinical or rehabilitative psychomotor/occupational therapy.

Experience with children, elderly patients, or individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of therapeutic techniques including sensory integration, fine/gross motor training, and use of assistive tools.

First Aid & CPR certification preferred.

Additional certifications in techniques like Sensory Integration or Hand Therapy are a plus.
