Dubai Careers is seeking a Psychology Practitioner to contribute to mental health initiatives under supervision. The role involves clinical supervision, crisis intervention, patient advocacy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient psychological needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing mental health policies and procedures.

• Provide clinical supervision to master’s level interns.

• Conduct in-service professional training and hospital-based mental health awareness initiatives.

• Perform crisis interventions for inpatients and outpatients.

• Advise and consult with multidisciplinary teams on patient and family psychological needs.

• Participate in disaster management as part of a team.

• Support patient advocacy and mental health awareness initiatives.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (required).

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or equivalent (preferred).

• Licensed with Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience.

• Open to all nationalities, with priority for UAE Nationals.
