WSP is looking for a Proposal Manager to join their Transport & Infrastructure business unit. This role involves managing proposal processes, coordinating with technical and project leaders, and delivering high-quality, compelling proposals to secure profitable business. The successful candidate will contribute to strategy development, bid preparation, and stakeholder management throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of bids across the procurement lifecycle (kick-off, reviews, and submission)

Work with technical authors to produce high-scoring content

Develop win strategies, win themes, and storyboards for bids

Facilitate bid team collaboration and interface with partners/subconsultants

Analyze RFP documents, prepare clarifying questions, and ensure alignment with client requirements

Support project teams for client interviews, including presentation development and coaching

Track proposals through the lifecycle and produce best practice materials

Conduct quality reviews of final proposal documents to ensure high quality and accuracy
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in RFP response and proposal development

Degree in English, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field

AEC industry experience preferred, especially in transport and infrastructure projects

Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
-
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively
-
Overseas experience is a plus, though prior Middle East experience is not required
