WSP in the Middle East is hiring a Proposal Manager to lead the development of high-quality, winning proposals for transport and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing the bid process, from capture through to proposal submission, working closely with technical and project leaders. The Proposal Manager will coordinate with internal teams and partners, ensuring the creation of compelling materials and strategies for client submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire bid process, from kick-off to submission.

• Facilitate the development of bid strategies, win themes, and storyboards.

• Work with technical authors to convert knowledge into high-quality bid content.

• Conduct detailed analysis of RFP documents and prepare clarifications.

• Support project teams with client interview preparations, including presentation development.

• Track bids across the procurement lifecycle and compile market intelligence.

• Ensure proposal submissions are of high quality and align with client requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in RFP response and proposal development.

• Degree in English, Business, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in AEC industry, particularly in transport and infrastructure projects.

• Strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage overlapping schedules.
