Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultants fluent in Russian, German, Chinese, Italian, or French to join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on property sales, client relationships, and providing expert real estate guidance to a global clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand property needs and preferences

  • Perform property valuations and provide accurate investment advice

  • Market residential and commercial properties using traditional and digital tools

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure

  • Negotiate terms and ensure legal and procedural compliance in every transaction

  • Provide market insights and professional recommendations to local and international investors


Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Russian, German, Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, or French

  • Proven experience in real estate sales within Dubai or the UAE

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Should be able to join immediately
