We are expanding our sales and client servicing team and are looking for a Property Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships and drive real estate sales.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Manam Realty’s property portfolio, identifying investment opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service from lead generation to post-sale engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage lasting relationships with investors, brokers, and end-users

Promote current and upcoming real estate projects to prospective clients

Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties

Conduct site visits, presentations, and investment consultations

Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently

Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth sales cycle

Deliver after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals

Use CRM systems to track leads and prepare sales reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of real estate or client relationship experience in Dubai

Knowledge of Dubai property market and current investment trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

English fluency required; Arabic or additional languages a plus

UAE driving license preferred

Proactive, client-focused mindset with a proven record in deal closing
