Property Management Specialist
Solutions+ (A Mubadala company) Abu Dhabi , UAE
  • Solutions+ is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join their estate team. This role involves providing administrative and operational support, coordinating property-related activities, assisting in tenant relations, ensuring lease compliance, overseeing rent collection, and representing the landlord’s interests. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a high-net-worth residential/commercial environment and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries about lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance.

  • Lease Compliance: Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms and address violations.

  • Rent Collection: Oversee rent collection, track payments, and follow up on discrepancies.

  • Leasing Coordination: Collaborate with leasing agents to effectively showcase properties.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with lease administrative duties and clerical functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).

  • Experience: 3-5 years of assistant/administrative experience in high-net-worth residential/commercial settings.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Strong background in customer service.

    • Basic knowledge of commercial building structures.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
