Solutions+ is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join their estate team. This role involves providing administrative and operational support, coordinating property-related activities, assisting in tenant relations, ensuring lease compliance, overseeing rent collection, and representing the landlord’s interests. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a high-net-worth residential/commercial environment and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Communication: Respond to tenant inquiries about lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance.

Lease Compliance: Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms and address violations.

Rent Collection: Oversee rent collection, track payments, and follow up on discrepancies.

Leasing Coordination: Collaborate with leasing agents to effectively showcase properties.

Administrative Support: Assist with lease administrative duties and clerical functions.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field (preferred).

Experience: 3-5 years of assistant/administrative experience in high-net-worth residential/commercial settings.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong background in customer service.

Basic knowledge of commercial building structures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
