The role involves managing tenant relations, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. Responsibilities include handling administrative duties, scheduling property tours, coordinating maintenance requests, and preparing timely reports on cash flow, contract renewals, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in property management and strong communication skills to maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
