This full-time, on-site role involves managing both commercial and residential real estate sales, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating property transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of property laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate the sale of both commercial and residential properties.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or renting process.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate properties.

• Stay updated on market trends and property laws in Abu Dhabi to offer informed advice.

• Negotiate and close property deals in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Previous experience in commercial and residential real estate sales.

• Strong sales experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

• In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
