Role Overview

A market-leading property development company in Dubai is seeking a Property Executive to support day-to-day property management operations. This role works closely with the Property Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth tenant coordination, rental collections, compliance with procedures, and high standards of property upkeep.

The ideal candidate is organised, professional in communication, and comfortable handling tenant interactions, coordination tasks, and basic administrative and compliance matters within a real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with follow-ups and rental collection coordination, including tenant payments and bank transfers

• Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure accurate payment tracking and financial coordination

• Coordinate between property managers during project execution and post-completion phases

• Follow up with Admin and Accounts teams to ensure compliance with tenant exit and renewal SOPs

• Assist in managing tenant communications, inquiries, and dispute resolution professionally

• Ensure compliance with Fire, Health, and Safety regulations across assigned properties and maintenance vendors

• Maintain organised records, documentation, and tenant files

• Support operational efficiency across property management activities

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience in property management, real estate operations, or administrative coordination is preferred

• Strong organisational and file-management skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders

• Comfortable handling tenant issues, disputes, and basic legal or procedural matters

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Confident communicator via phone, email, and in-person

Additional Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence or currently enrolled in driving lessons

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

AED 5,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances (depending on experience and qualifications)
