Job Title: Property Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Executive to join a prominent investment group in Dubai specializing in luxury real estate. This role involves overseeing property management tasks, coordinating tenant relations, and ensuring efficient operations across residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with the Sales & Leasing Manager and property teams to ensure smooth transitions for tenants and maintain high property standards, including compliance with fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Coordination & Property Management: Oversee day-to-day property management duties, including managing tenant inquiries, coordinating move-in and move-out processes, and ensuring rental payments are collected on time.

• Collaboration with Sales & Leasing Teams: Work with the Sales & Leasing Manager to ensure seamless transitions for tenants, ensuring all documentation is completed and processes are followed.

• Property Maintenance Oversight: Supervise the maintenance of properties through the assigned maintenance teams, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Fire & Safety regulations.

• Liaison with Property Managers: Collaborate with Residential and Commercial property managers during project periods and after project completion, including verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for building materials before purchase.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Nationality: Open to male candidates, Arabic or Asian nationals.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, real estate, facility management, or property development.

• Documentation Skills: Must be able to prepare property management documents related to properties, such as tenancy agreements and maintenance logs.

• License: Valid UAE driver’s license is required.

• Age: 40 years old or below.
