Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Property Executive to manage residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will handle daily property operations, tenant coordination, and compliance with safety regulations. This role demands a solid understanding of real estate, facility management, and vendor liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property management activities, including tenant onboarding, lease administration, and rental collection

• Coordinate with Sales & Leasing Manager to manage smooth tenant transitions (move-ins/move-outs)

• Collaborate with property managers to verify BOQs and materials during project execution and completion phases

• Supervise maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Fire & Safety regulations

• Prepare necessary documentation related to property and facility management

• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed

Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Arabic or Asian male candidates

• Age: 40 years old and below

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Real Estate, Property Development, or Facility Management in the UAE

• Licenses: Valid UAE driver’s license is a must

• Skills: Strong knowledge of property management processes and documentation
