Job Title: Property Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a Property Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional real estate support to clients relocating across the Middle East, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Iraq. This role involves managing the full property search process — from market research to lease negotiation — while ensuring a smooth, personalized, and compliant home-finding experience.
As a key liaison between clients, real estate agents, and internal teams, you’ll provide expert guidance, market insights, and operational coordination to help clients transition seamlessly into their new homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expertise & Industry Engagement

Stay updated on regional real estate laws and rental practices across the Middle East.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and management companies.

Conduct regular market analysis to monitor rental trends, pricing shifts, and property availability.
Property Research & Database Management

Maintain a comprehensive database of properties, including floor plans, photos, and key details.

Ensure the property listings are updated with accurate landlord and agency contact information.

Research and shortlist properties based on client criteria to prepare for viewing briefings.
Client Support & Lease Negotiation

Schedule and accompany clients on property viewings, providing guidance and insights.

Prepare offer letters, negotiate favorable lease terms, and perform due diligence on agreements.

Advise clients on local market norms, budgeting, payment procedures, and legal considerations.
Operational Coordination & Expansion

Organize property viewing schedules, backup options, and itineraries for clients.

Assist with utility setup and move-in timelines where permitted.

Support destination service teams and expansion efforts across the Middle East.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Skills:

Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the real estate sector.

Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.

Driven, results-oriented, and adaptable.
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or service-related industries.

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.

Valid driver’s license and/or access to a vehicle (preferred).
