Job Overview:
Spring Homes Real Estate is hiring a Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive commission, marketing support, and access to both off-plan and secondary market leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting property transactions.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and investors.

• Generate leads via networking, marketing platforms, and social media.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

• Stay informed on market trends, property values, and regulations.

• Manage listings, documentation, and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Experience or strong interest in real estate sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market preferred.

• UAE driving license is advantageous.
