Key Responsibilities:

• Sell premium off-plan and ready properties to both local and international clients.

• Promote exclusive property launches and new real estate projects.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored investment advice.

• Collaborate closely with developers for early access to property allocations.

• Manage client communications, negotiations, and documentation to ensure smooth deal closures.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Passionate about real estate, property investment, and client service.

• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.

• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Swedish, Hungarian, Turkish, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin are a strong advantage.
