What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in UAE real estate (sales or leasing)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales

• UAE driver’s license and own car (preferred)

Role Overview:
As a Property Consultant at Union Square House, you will:

• Advise clients on the latest market trends and investment opportunities in Dubai real estate

• Arrange property viewings, manage negotiations, and assist with contracts and documentation

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business

• Leverage social media and digital marketing to promote listings and attract new leads

• Stay up-to-date on real estate regulations, market shifts, and competitive offerings
