This full-time, on-site role offers an attractive compensation structure — including a guaranteed AED 2,000 monthly basic salary for the first 3 months, plus a high-performing commission model. Consultants will also benefit from access to premium listings, daily qualified leads, and full marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads to identify potential buyers and sellers

• Present and promote properties to clients based on their requirements

• Coordinate and conduct property viewings and negotiations

• Maintain knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and listings

• Build lasting client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service

• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (preferred, not required)

• Freshers are welcome with a strong desire to build a career in real estate

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in client interactions and closing deals

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-driven mindset
