Job Summary:
We are hiring 5 enthusiastic and self-motivated Property Consultants to join our expanding sales team. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to pivot into real estate, this role provides all the tools, training, and earning potential you need to succeed. Prior real estate experience is not required — just drive, determination, and a desire to grow in Dubai’s booming real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet with potential property buyers and investors.

• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai.

• Guide clients through the sales process, including legal documentation and payment plans.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent after-sales support.

• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends and property launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

• No prior real estate experience required – full training provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

• Residency in Dubai and availability for on-site work.
