This is a full-time, on-site role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, providing expert consultation, and ensuring client satisfaction at every step. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in pricing, buying, and selling residential or commercial properties

• Conduct property viewings and client consultations

• Market properties through digital, print, and in-person channels

• Negotiate sales terms and draft or review contracts

• Stay updated on market trends and property values

• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

• Manage leads and updates through CRM tools (preferred)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting (mandatory)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive mindset

• Ability to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently

• Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms (advantageous)

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills
