DXB Homes Live is currently seeking a passionate and driven Property Consultant to join their dynamic real estate team in Dubai. This is a commission-based, full-time on-site role ideal for professionals who are motivated by results and excel in a competitive environment. As a Property Consultant, you will play a critical role in closing real estate deals, advising clients, and providing expert insights into the Dubai property market. Your responsibilities will include handling property sales, negotiating with clients, and offering guidance throughout the buying or leasing process. Please note: there is no basic salary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and recommend suitable real estate options.

• Negotiate real estate sales and leasing transactions.

• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about market trends and pricing.

• Offer training or education to clients on the buying/leasing process.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory framework.

• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and lead generation.

• Work independently and collaboratively with the internal team to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate or real property sales.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to provide training and guidance to property clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s property market and trends.
