Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales and leasing opportunities in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

• Collaborate with the in-house media team for high-quality photography and videography to promote listings.

• Understand and assess client needs to recommend tailored property solutions.

• Stay informed on current market trends, regulations, and new developments.

• Conduct client meetings and property viewings, building relationships based on transparency and trust.

• Provide top-tier service throughout the buying or selling journey, addressing client questions and concerns.

• Negotiate transactions with efficiency and in compliance with UAE property laws and RERA guidelines.

• Work closely with team members to meet individual and collective sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience is required.

• Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market and legal framework.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, sales-focused, and results-oriented.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an advantage.

• UAE driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
