Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team specializing in offplan properties. This key role will focus on guiding clients through the exciting process of purchasing offplan developments, offering expert advice, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and investment goals.

• Expert Advice: Provide in-depth knowledge on offplan developments, investment benefits, and market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.

• Property Showcases: Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits, highlighting key development features and investment potential.

• Guidance Through Process: Help clients navigate the offplan purchasing process, including documentation, payment plans, and legal procedures.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and industry stakeholders to ensure ongoing success.

• Market Insights: Stay informed on current market trends, upcoming developments, and competitive offerings to position properties effectively.

• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to enhance promotional campaigns and maintain client communication.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws, ethical standards, and company policies in every transaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with offplan property expertise.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

• A valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
