Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Property Consultants to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on property investment, handling transactions from start to finish, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the buying, selling, or leasing process. A strong understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment advice.

Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Create high-quality property listings with professional photography and compelling descriptions to attract prospective buyers or tenants.

Negotiate contracts and agreements, advocating for clients’ best interests to secure favorable terms.

Stay up-to-date with local property laws, market trends, and regulations to offer valuable insights to clients.

Coordinate and manage property viewings, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.

Assist in preparing transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.

Work closely with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and legal teams, to ensure smooth transactions.
