As a Property Consultant, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, renting, and leasing both residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert market advice, and ensuring smooth, successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with property transactions including buying, selling, and renting

• Conduct market research and advise clients on current real estate trends and mortgage options

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Negotiate offers and handle transaction processes professionally

• Organize and attend property viewings and open houses

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred, but not mandatory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
