Job Overview:

A leading real estate advisory firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to manage residential units and oversee tenancy contracts, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of property management experience and a strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee tenancy contracts, renewals, cancellations, and rent collection.

• Tenant Coordination: Schedule tours, address tenant inquiries, and ensure a smooth leasing process.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality rules when handling contract renewals and cancellations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly cash flow plans, contract renewal reports, and weekly maintenance updates.

• Property Inspections: Conduct timely inspections of vacant apartments, assess damages, and coordinate necessary repairs.

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain favorable terms with suppliers and service providers.

• Administrative Support: Handle calls, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in property management (must be currently in the UAE).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
