Ejadah, a leading provider of real estate asset management and integrated community solutions in the UAE, is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Project Quality Assurance Officer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is essential to ensuring that all properties meet established quality and compliance standards prior to handover.
The ideal candidate will lead snagging and de-snagging activities, coordinate with construction and handover teams, and produce comprehensive quality reports. A meticulous approach, strong communication abilities, and technical proficiency are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection & Snagging

Conduct detailed snagging inspections to identify and document defects or non-compliance issues.

Coordinate de-snagging activities with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Pre-Handover Checks & Readiness Verification

Perform unit visits with the Home Orientation Officer before scheduled handovers to verify readiness.

Reconfirm unit readiness on the day of handover and ensure a welcoming environment, including air fragrance setup if needed.
Mock-Up Unit Quality Verification

Inspect mock-up units to ensure delivered units match the approved specifications and finishes.

Assess critical building systems such as elevators, common areas, and landscaping for operational quality.
Customer Feedback & Evaluation

Review customer-raised snagging issues, assess scope, and escalate concerns as required.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of inspection outcomes, remedial actions taken, and compliance benchmarks.

Prepare quality assurance reports for internal review and process tracking.
Process Improvement & SOP Development

Develop and update SOPs related to snagging, de-snagging, and mock-up evaluations.

Analyze data for process improvement opportunities and share learnings across projects.
Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the central point of contact between construction, project management, and customer service teams.

Communicate clearly with all stakeholders on quality protocols and issue resolutions.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Certification in Quality Assurance/Control (e.g., ISO 9001 awareness or equivalent).

3–5 years of experience in construction quality assurance, particularly in snagging and de-snagging roles.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and local building regulations.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in quality control tools and management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

Familiarity with inspection and snagging software.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.
