Project Manager – Waste Management & Environmental Strategy

KEO International Consultants is seeking a driven and technically proficient Project Manager – Waste Management to join our Dubai-based environmental and sustainability division. This pivotal role will focus on the development and implementation of strategic waste management solutions across the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage waste management consultancy projects, including strategic planning, audits, and implementation oversight.

• Conduct waste characterisation studies and contribute to waste stream analysis across diverse regions.

• Develop technical strategies and market assessments for integrated waste management.

• Support the design and engineering teams by integrating waste reduction strategies into master planning and building systems.

• Advise clients on policy, compliance, and best practices in sustainable waste infrastructure.

• Assist in business development efforts and proposal generation for new waste and sustainability projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).

• 10+ years of experience in waste consultancy, landfill management, or environmental planning.

• Solid background in strategic waste assessments, infrastructure planning, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-disciplinary project teams on sustainable infrastructure design.

• Familiarity with UAE and GCC environmental regulations is advantageous.

• Membership in professional bodies such as CIWM is preferred.
