Johnson Controls is hiring a Project Manager – ELV Security Systems to lead the design and execution of security system projects across Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and in-depth experience in low voltage (ELV) security systems within the GCC region. The successful candidate will manage all phases of project execution—from planning to client communication, subcontractor management, and delivery—while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in delivering security system projects.

• Monitor project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure successful delivery.

• Prepare project documentation including technical submittals, drawings, and reports.

• Interact with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Manage project milestones and initiate corrective action plans when delays occur.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and client specifications.

• Handle subcontractor agreements, certifications, and dispute resolution.

• Train and manage staff, ensuring adherence to project and safety guidelines.

• Archive project data and maintain clear records for future reference.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related discipline.

• 10–12 years of experience in project engineering and execution of security systems (ELV).

• Proven leadership experience managing projects in the GCC region.

• Strong understanding of SIRA regulations and regional compliance standards.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in handling multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Fluency in English with strong email etiquette and decision-making ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or other project management certifications.

• Experience with Tier 1 Contractors and project management tools like MS Project.

• Knowledge of Arabic and certifications in various security system products.
