Aster by DiliTrust is looking for an experienced Project Manager SaaS to join their team. This role involves overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet the highest standards. The Project Manager will also manage customer relationships, provide training, and ensure project risks are mitigated, all while optimizing internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee SaaS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

• Consulting & Onboarding: Advise and train customers on the optimal use of SaaS solutions, helping scale onboarding efforts.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against timelines and budgets, and report regularly to stakeholders with key updates.

• Customer Relationship: Nurture relationships with customers, sharing best practices and maintaining satisfaction.

• Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.

Experience/Education/Skills Required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing SaaS projects

• Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (German is a plus)

• Availability for 1 to 2 trips per semester within the GCC, Africa, and Morocco

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• PMP or other project management certifications (preferred)
