Currie & Brown, a global leader in cost management and project consultancy services, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Dubai-based project management team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering a large-scale residential building project in Sharjah. The selected candidate will lead and manage the project lifecycle from definition to completion, ensuring best practices, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, delivery strategies, and control mechanisms

• Lead the Currie & Brown team and manage performance metrics

• Develop project schedules, track budgets, and report on financial variances

• Provide expert recommendations to improve project systems and delivery processes

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Liaise with clients and partners to manage expectations and provide regular updates

• Represent Currie & Brown’s vision and uphold the company’s values on assigned projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Project management certification or accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

• Proven leadership in managing large-scale residential or infrastructure projects

• Expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract project phases

• Strong contract administration and commercial acumen

• Experience in working with external stakeholders and managing client relationships

• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards
