KBR, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager (Mosques) for a major community development program in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing construction projects for public facilities such as mosques, schools, and parks. The candidate will report to the Project Director and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of one or more construction projects within a major development program

• Manage contractor programs, construction logistics, permitting, commissioning, and handover

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project goals

• Monitor execution of the project’s execution plan, ensuring best practices are applied

• Collaborate with engineering teams for constructability and value engineering

• Supervise contractors and ensure adherence to QHS&E standards

• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies

• Conduct contractor and consultant meetings

• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 15 years’ total experience, with at least 10 years in project management roles

• 5+ years of Middle East experience preferred

• Strong background in construction project delivery for complex, large-scale developments

• Proficiency in Primavera and Contracts Manager software is advantageous

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an added benefit
