Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-end, ultra-luxury residential interior design projects in Dubai. This role is best suited to a Project Manager from a luxury residential interior design consultancy background, with proven experience delivering large-scale private villas of approximately 40,000 sq. ft.

The successful candidate will be highly comfortable operating in design-led, detail-driven environments, managing discerning private clients, and coordinating complex project teams. European market experience is essential, bringing a strong understanding of construction standards, craftsmanship, and best practices at the highest end of the residential sector.

While consultancy experience is strongly preferred, candidates who have delivered prime or ultra-luxury residential projects from a contractor background may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ultra-luxury residential interior design projects from concept through to handover

• Act as the central point of coordination between designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and clients

• Lead project programming, reporting, and risk management

• Oversee tendering and procurement of contractors, FF&E, and bespoke joinery packages

• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to design intent

• Manage variations, change control, and commercial matters

• Maintain strong control of programme, cost, and quality throughout the project lifecycle

• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring clear, professional, and structured communication

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with European construction standards and best practices

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience delivering ultra-luxury private residential interior projects

• Background within an interior design consultancy environment

• Experience managing large-scale private villas (circa 40,000 sq. ft)

• Strong understanding of luxury materials, bespoke joinery, and high-value detailing

• Confident managing private clients and high-expectation stakeholders

• European market experience is essential and non-negotiable

• Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

Salary

AED 30,000 – 32,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
